With over 20 years of real estate and technology experience, Patrick Hale leads the team as Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Wireless Equity Group.
Mr. Hale is an entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, including Home Building & Construction, Mixed-Use Real Estate Development, and Residential/Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Since 2004 Patrick has personally closed or advised on 400+ real estate sales and acquisitions of well over $1 Billion.
Patrick has served as Board Member of some of the nation’s largest Real Estate organizations, including the California Association of REALTORS, and has been recognized with several industry awards for his service.
Mr. Hale holds a degree in City & Urban Planning from San Diego State University (San Diego, CA) where he was awarded the Outstanding Business Student of the Year Award and assisted in founding The Real Estate Society; a non-profit organization that educates college students on all aspects of the real estate industry and connects them with career opportunities.
Prior to founding Wireless Equity Group, Mr. Hale served as Commercial Real Estate Analyst for Grubb & Ellis and Development Analyst for Pierce Education Properties, working directly with the CEO developing RFP’s and RFQ’s for multi-million to billion-dollar real estate developments across the US.
Patrick is a licensed real estate Broker in California and also holds the positions of CEO and Broker of Record for The Local Realty and Principal at PropTech Holdings – a technology portfolio company .
