Investment Criteria:
WEG invests in utility infrastructure by purchasing leases, easements and real property across the United States. Our Real Estate Investment Criteria must include an active lease with one of the following:
- Cellular Tower
- Data Center
- Distributed Antenna System (DAS)
- Rooftop Antenna
- Solar Farm
- Wind Farm
Master Lease or Easement Acquisitions:
- No transaction minimum
- Up to $250 million maximum
- Your Referral would remain the property owner.
- Our easements are simplified, with no additional restrictions to the property.
- Preferred Locations: Anywhere in the United States.
Real Property Acquisitions:
- Property value up to $5,000,000
- We will offer on the entire property OR close escrow on the easement concurrently with any Buyer.
- Property must be within 60 min from a major airport (OR you must have a team ready to manage/flip in the market).
- Preferred Locations: California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Florida, and Texas.
