With 5+ years of experience in project planning, construction management, risk management, and project management, Shan helps the Wireless Equity Group team by heading the referral program and assisting the executive team in management related tasks.

Shan’s professional background began with his education at San Diego State University (SDSU) where he got his degree in Civil Engineering. During his time at SDSU, he served as the Vice President of Finance on the College of Engineering Student Council. In addition, he held three internships in different areas of civil engineering and construction management.

After obtaining his degree in 2018, Shan went on to work full time as a civil engineer where he gained further experience in construction oversight, design, and project/risk management. During his time working in risk management, he developed skills in the areas of operations, compliance, and customer service.
