Oliver Pilco has been working in the wireless and real estate investment industry since 2006. He has been involved in the underwriting, acquisition, and sale of over 2,000 wireless ground leases with over $350M in deployed capital. He is experienced in the valuation and structuring of wireless real estate investments, having managed the day-to-day operations of multiple private placements.
Oliver served as the Vice President of Capital Markets at Landmark Dividend since its inception in April 2010 until September 2015. There, he was responsible for raising capital and structuring retail offerings backed by cell towers, billboards, solar, and wind turbine assets. From 2009 to 2010, Oliver served as an Acquisition Associate at Wedgewood Enterprises, a privately held distressed real estate investment firm, where he worked extensively in the implementation of data management and work flow systems in addition to managing value-add acquisitions in the Las Vegas market.
From 2006 to 2009, Oliver served as the Senior Underwriter for Wireless Capital Partners, a pioneer in the cell tower lease acquisitions industry, managing the due diligence on $50 million of acquired assets.
